Zefon accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express
New customers are required to fill out a credit application. Products will be shipped by credit card payment only until the account is approved. Terms are net 30 days. A 1 1/2% per month service charge will be added to overdue invoices. All costs of collections will be the responsibility of the customer.
Zefon collects sales tax in all states it is required to do so. Customers in those states will be required to pay sales tax. As laws change additional states will be added. All taxes shown on your online order are estimates and will be verified to ensure the correct rate is charged.
Resale customers, government customers, or other tax exempt entities must have a current "Annual Resale Certificate" or other exemption information on file with Zefon. If you have an exemption please send us the information to email@example.com before placing your order.
Orders of in-stock items are normally shipped the same day if received by 2:00PM EST. Items noted as not normally shipping immediately will be shipped as soon as available. If any of the items you ordered will not be able to ship within the time specified, we will contact you with an expected availability date. Orders are shipped FOB Ocala, FL or shipped directly from the factory and is at the discretion of Zefon International.
Shipment of your order will be made using the least expensive carrier for the shipping method you request. All shipping charges are prepaid and added to the cost of the invoice, unless special arrangements are made when placing your order.
YOU are the final judge of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason - even if you simply changed your mind, you may return your order to us within 30 days of the invoice date for an exchange, credit or refund of the full value of the item - minus any shipping charges. After 30 days, we must charge a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 60 days.
If you wish to return an item, please use the following process:
1. Call 352-854-8080 for an RGA number
2. Package product with RGA number on package and include a reason for return.
3. Ship product prepaid to:

Product should be in original carton with all original documentation and in "like new" condition. Mining Dust Cassettes, custom orders, partial boxes, opened boxes of filter membranes or cassettes, opened boxes of gas detection tubes, opened products with a quality or security seal, opened sterile products, special orders, NIST certificates and expired products may not be returned.
All returned merchandise will be inspected before credit is issued. If a returned item is missing components or is not in like new condition, the product will be returned to the customer or partial credit issued. If such situation arises, customers will be contacted to discuss which option they choose.
Zefon makes every effort to ensure the most accurate information is available at all times. While we take extra care, mistakes do happen and Zefon cannot be held responsible for typographical or photographic errors. We reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to changing market conditions, product discontinuations or typographical or photographic errors in advertisements or product descriptions.
