• Air sampling media and cassettes: 

  We design our proprietary Air-O-Cell®Via-Cell® air sampling filter cassettes for some of the most demanding applications. Use them to collect samples to test for mold spores, pollen, insect parts, and other contaminants. Our Solu-Sert™ soluble filter capsules are NIOSH-approved to test for aluminum, arsenic, barium and other contaminants and our Gravi-Sert™ filter capsule applications include NIOSH testing for carbon black, total dust and respirable dust levels. Zefon is the only manufacturer that offers a disposable inhalable sampler (DIS) that complies with ACGIH, NIOSH, British Method MDHS, and ISO/CEN standards. The Zefon Nanoparticle (NRD) sampler is designed to be worn for personal exposure monitoring, to collect nanoparticles that are likely to be deposited into the respiratory tract.

• Air sampling pumps and calibrators: 

  Zefon manufactures personal monitoring pumps, IAQ pumps, and area pumps. Our products, such as the Escort ELF® and Bio-Pump® Plus, are lightweight, easy to use and accurate. Zefon pumps work with a wide range of sampling media, including our own preloaded cassettes and filters Pairing our pumps with the appropriate filter media offers the pump operator a convenient way to collect and test for exposure to silica, beryllium, asbestos, lead, respirable dust, hazardous particulates, mold spores, and more.

• Gas detection equipment: 

  Our Zefon Tedlar® Gas Sampling Bags with ZP Valves collect bulk samples for off-gassing for later analysis. Our gas sampling bags are manufactured from clear, 2 mil Tedlar® PVF (polyvinyl fluoride) film and feature a unique easy to use valve with built-in septum. We offer a range of different sizes for your gas sampling needs.
