The Draeger Air Current Kit is a quick, inexpensive and useful method to detect air current, estimate their source, determine direction, and monitor its speed. It works by creating a highly visible non-irritating dense white smoke that can be followed to determine the airflow direction.

How it Works
The Draeger Air Current Kit consists of glass tubes which contain a porous carrier impregnated with fuming sulfuric acid. After opening the tube tips, air is pushed throught the tube with the help of a rubber bulb. The white smoke emerging from the tube is carried along by the air flow and makes its direction visible. Each tube can be used repeatedly until smoke is finally exhausted. Tubes that are not fully used may have rubber caps placed on them and used again later.
