Multi-Sampling Foam
Zefon's multi-sampling foam is a specially designed foam insert that can be used with the Zefon® DIS (or traditional reusable inhalable sampler) to enable the collection of both Inhalable and Respirable particles. When inserted into the sampler, inhalable particles are collected on the foam filter while respirable particles are collected on the filter membrane.
Zefon's foam has been evaluated by the Health & Safety Laboratory in the UK to confirm it conforms to the respirable fraction, resulting in the foam removing the inhalable fraction of particles and the respirable portion passing through. Below is a link to a certificate displaying this conformance. Certificate for Batch ZD11-ZD20 (applicable to all lots manufactured to date)
